On Sunday, December 17, we will have a “no-rehearsal” Christmas Pageant for children, youth, and adults who would like to participate. We ask those who are participating to come between 9:15-9:30 a.m. that day to choose a costume to become Mary & Joseph, an angel, a shepherd, or a wise one. All participants will gather around the manger to hear the Christmas story and sing some traditional songs of Christmas. We then will adjourn to the fellowship hall for Jesus’ birthday party. All kids, grandkids, and adults are invited!
Join us for worship (in-person) at 10 a.m.
We will be starting our Women’s Bible Study on Wednesday, October 18 at 7PM. Our study will be on the book of Revelation and we will be using William Barclay’s book from The Daily Bible Series Volume 1. Each Wednesday, we’ll read together and discuss Barclay’s commentary on one of the most difficult books to understand in the Bible. Books are $17 (we’ll be using the 2017 edition). Alternatively, you can simply come and listen and discuss as we’re trying something new this year and reading the book out loud together and discussing as we go along (no homework!)
You are invited to a grief support group for all who are going through a season of grief. Our hope is that this monthly gathering of those who are going through this difficult time will find comfort in being with others who are going through some of the same experiences and that we can help by our very presence remind one another that we are not alone.
